New journal - this time in English!
Hello,
for a long time I've had an idea of starting a blog in English. I've had an journal in Finnish from about four years now, and I think it's time to try something new. I'm making this journal public so, I'm not planning to write any too personal stuff here. My Finnish journal kiltti_poika is for that kind of text and feelings. So what I'm going to write? I don't know, let's see and wait what comes to my mind.
My current life situation is stopped in awful way. I have to live in my parents house still a week, and all of my friends are living in other cities. I have a place to study history in Espoo, which is an city next to Helsinki (but in reality it's a part of Helsinki), but I can't move there before 2nd of September. It's funny because that the city where I have lived my whole life feels like another place, somehow familiar but still distant.
I'm planning to buy an polaroid-camera but I'm quite confused with all the films and different series of cameras. I'd love to take lot of pictures of autumn by polaroid-camera. I hope I'll get one for cheap prize from huuto.net, which is "Finnish eBay".
Btw. I felt my self geek today when I made an order from Vinyyliklubi an shop which sells vinyls, lp-players and stuff like that. I bought a lot of plastic bags for my records, an cleaning set and The National's Alligator -record. I loved Boxer so I hope I'll also have a lot of quality time with this record.
