Once upon a time there was a little girl who was so very lonely in a big, big city. She missed so many people. She wasn't unhappy, she was very happy, she just missed the people who loved her eternally. She missed the girl who always asked her to get her nails done with her. She missed the girl who used to keep a little trashcan of the notes she had written her. She missed the boy who kissed her on the eyes. She missed the girl who just wanted to drive around and listen to music with the windows down. She missed the boy who was nice to her and not anyone else. She missed the girl who would dance on her coffee table, or any coffee table for that matter. She missed the girl who's basement wall she helped paint. She missed the boy who was always happy to hear from her. She missed the girl who forgave her after doing something unforgivable. She missed the boy who gave the best hugs and felt like family to her. She missed not feeling lonely. She knew what would help, but the help didn't come and she felt guilty asking for it.
She traveled to a far off land to find the cure and hoped that it would be there.
But first she put on a purple shirt and purple earrings and felt pretty.
