Well, in a good deal of Netherworlds, there is usually a group of demons that are in charge of passing bills. The type of group can differ from world to world but, from what I've seen here, this one seems to be called the Dark Assembly. Actually, I remember that back in the Netherworld I'm from, the demons in charge of that sort of thing were student representatives, so who knows what to expect from this one...

Well, that seems to be how most of the people in here have been doing so; by taking the request to the Assembly.

To be honest, I wonder if I could do it myself. I... don't feel that confident sleeping in the same room with a heavily armed man.
