Oh my dear XDDD.
This is lovely, just lovely -- like it made me giggle and laugh a few times. I love how short this is, but how well you captured their close, yet ... well, for lack of better words, ‘interesting’ relationship showing perfectly well how dysfunctionally functional they are. The fact that it was through Cecile’s eyes made it all the more apparent.
I think that, despite the fact that they’re actually talking about two different things, this drabble shows how well they operate and trust each other - there’s also a huge level of intimacy and closeness that you demonstrate by having Suzaku agreeing to go along with Lelouch’s schemes by the end. And Lelouch shows how important Suzaku is to him by actually trusting him with the job. I love that <3. I always thought that, even if you interpret their relationship as being strictly non-sexual, that there’s an emotional bond between those two characters that you just can’t deny.
And your characterisation is lovely: Sherlouch is really himself, right down to his body language. I love how he just doesn’t give a damn about …anything XD And how Suzaku /does/. That contrast between them is very important because it, again, shows how well they cooperate and how lost they’d be without one another. Well, Sherlouch would definitely be lost without Suzaku, though I also think Suzaku needs him. I just don't think, at this point, he realises how *much*.
