My weekend.

The snow has really been coming down lately and it makes the roads kind of scary to drive on. I almost crashed a few nights ago! There was a car in front of me stopped at a stop sign and I started to stop but the car didn't slow down, I floored the brake and it kept going and my brother and I were freaking out but it stopped right in time before it hit the car in front of me. It wouldn't have been a huge accident or anything, it would've just been a minor hit on the car's bumper but what freaked me out was the fact that I completely hit the brake and the car kept going! It also gets difficult to see when it's coming down thick, that's scary too.

Speaking of car troubles, my tire popped when I was driving yesterday. I was on my way to the library, enjoying the way the leafless trees looked with the snow, listening to music which prevented me from hearing it, when all of a sudden the car started shaking. I thought it was maybe the road but it kept shaking and I put my emergency lights and stopped. I checked the car but I didn't see anything wrong so I went back in. I turned the car and and drove a few feet and same thing, shaking like crazy. I panicked and thought maybe it was the motor so I parked and called my parents (I was only a few blocks away from home). They suspected it was the motor too and said they were coming to get me. They get there and they instantly see what the problem was. My tire had popped, and I'm talking destroyed. It had a few holes and it just looked shot to hell. We tried changing it but both my dad and I had problems. And the cold didn't make it any easier to handle a cricket/tools. We ended up calling a friend who's a mechanic and he took care of it instantly. The new tire's on but it's a smaller tire so my car looks kind of funny but he also told us that the car has some problems and that I need to have it looked at soon or the whole thing will get ruined. That's great, I need to buy two new tires and have the car checked out, who knows how much that will all cost. *sighs*

On a better note, the youth from my church hung out last night (saturday night) and it was fun. We went to youth pastor's house and just relaxed, ate pizza and watched music videos/a movie. After that we went bowling and had a blast. There was only one bad thing that happened. We were bowling next to this really uptight group who took bowling really seriously. From the beginning this lady was yelling that we had to stay on our side and blah blah blah, I didn't even listen to all of it. It pissed them off that there was this big, loud group next to them so they went and complained to the bowling staff. Two girls from our group were waiting to talk to one of the employees and and overheard them, their exact words "THERE'S A BUNCH OF MEXICANS NEXT TO US MAKING A LOT OF NOISE AND DISTURBING US". Grrrrrrrr!!!! The mexicans thing is what pisses me off the most. Frigging jerks. Sorry we all don't have sticks up our butts but we're here to have fun. And if loud people are what disturb you then you can leave because EVERYONE else is making noise because they're having FUN. Stupid people. They kept staring at our group too sometimes. Other than that, my night was good. They had this thing called Moonlight Bowling, where you can win money and our group won some moolah. There hadn't been enough money to cover the cost of bowling so I paid the rest with my card and the youth pastor's wife told me she'd pay me back. She won 43 bucks and paid me back with that. It was cool haha. We left at around 1:00 AM.

Anyway, I'm tired. I'm going to bed.
