(no subject)
Sooo I went snowboarding today for my class for the first time. I ended up being like a half hour late due to a series of unfortunate events, but somehow managed to find them at the bottom of some chair lift. So there's 3 groups: beginners, intermediate, and advanced. I thought for sure I would be in advanced because of how long I've been boarding for, but I asked what they considered advanced, and they said, "riding switch and landing jumps." Sooo I decided to do intermediate instead, which I'm glad I did. I was never taught how to snowboard so I'm never sure if I'm using proper technique. So I worked on my form for awhile then I learned to ride switch. I'm better than most in my class but there are some people who are better than me. I made a few friends with the smokers hahah. go figure.
Oh and by the way, I love my instructor.
This one kid in my class kept trying to ride the lift with me,
but I kept trying to ride with the instructor
BECAUSE HE IS GORGEOUS!
ahhh I am totally hot for my teeacherrrr.
well, he's not really my teacher for the class, he just works for timber ridge.
He's probably only 22 or so, but he's SUCH A great snowboarder.
companies offer him money and stuff to represent them. hot.
It feels so wrong.
...I LOVE IT.
And the BEST part is the tickets we get last for the whole day, so on Mondays I can stay on the hill even after class ends. I can work on all the shit he doesn't cover in class. On wednesdays I can't though, I have class at 6. :(
