TOO MUCH
My first short and random musing- I wish I wasn't such a wuss at playing survival horror games. Seriously. I met a friend of Brooke's recently who is really into them, and they sound interesting, but I just get so jumpy-scared I can't bring myself to play! Meanwhile, I am fine playing Left 4 Dead. What?
So... Cataclysm came out. Yes, World of Warcraft talk. I am evil indeed. I'll keep it short, and to the point. This expansion is the best one yet. It really nailed the questing from 1-60 into something much more fun. I'm having fun in my guild on the server, and it's a blast playing again. I don't play nearly as much as I used to though. Which is a GOOD thing. I never ditched homework or anything for the game, but I'm at a point in life where there are more important things than the game.:) A fun sidenote is, a friend got [Realm First: Engineer] or whatever it is- but still impressive. I've not scratched the tip of this expansion, so hurrah! I'm taking my time while it seems my entire guild has an 85 but me- but I just enjoy so many other things.
Which, brings me to my next point: I've noticed that as I've gotten older, I'm dabbling around with a ton more games and not really putting too much into any single one as much as I used to when I was younger. I don't know why. I still have a Phanatasy Star Portable 2 file I really enjoy, and too many DS games now to count- but I just play around. I even started an FFV Advance save for some reason. I really don't know! Brooke and I are also starting a Kirby's Epic Yarn file together. That game... is too adorable for words. And very fun. We plan to then work on Epic Mickey and DKC Returns. And then in the meantime, I want to re-start Mass Effect and Dragon Age. I am nuts, I know.
My favorites right now are definitely Cataclysm, Warioware Touched!, Golden Sun: Dark Dawn, Phantasy Star Portable 2, and Kirby's Epic Yarn. What a sampling. Speaking of Warioware though, where is that second Warioware Wii game?!?!
