I find McDonald's new "D'you wanna career wit' dah" adverts hilarious, although admirably frank about people's perceptions of McDonald's workers.
In other job-related news, I just filled out the online skills and experience questionnaire for the civil service. It was very hard to judge, as these things always are. It required me to describe my ability in relation to certain criteria (e.g. punctuality, ability to work independently, etc.), then describe how others (i.e. friends) would assess my ability in same, and THEN describe colleagues' and supervisors' estimation of my qualities.
How annoying. Anyway, I understand that I'll definitely be called for interview...
