1, Bella Goth Street - Starter Template, Now w/moar Hood Spam
Thank you everyone for the lovely comments, I'll be replying as soon as I'm done with this post. I've been building and playing around a lot in the last couple of days, mostly because of the glorious return of my insomnia. Also, I've decorated the neighborhood a little bit - seriously, if you need some inspiration, check this out. I'm uploading a cuple more templates between today and tomorrow, because I won't be very active during the next 10 days...
... My boyfriend is coming to see me from Germany, and he'll be here for quite a few days, so I don't think I'll be messing around too much with the game and LJ. I'm really happy and excited. ♥
Anyways, new template. I know, I told you it was going to be something like 2, Roundview Street, but I had a sudden urge to slap some famous sims' names on Stratford's street names. So, here you go: 1, Bella Goth Street. It's another simple and quite cheap starter, located in the residential area in the outskirts of Stratford.

Usual random garden, featuring a closed court for your cowplants/mysterious stuff.
There is no CC included. As always, uncheck the mailbox and the trashcan when installing the lot with the Clean Installer - they show up because I have the buyable ones in my game. The gorgeous car in the pictures is by Fresh-Prince@MTS, it can be downloaded here.

Also, if you like to play around with photo-effects like me, I want to share with you the Photoshop actions I use. ( niloublue , me ne sono ricordata! Io ci penso a te! Altro che tu, che non posti neanche una fotina del tuo nuovo quartiere... *cough cough*). First of all, here you can download a sims-pics action I made some time ago. If I remember right, it just brightens and sharpens the pics a little bit. I made it with PS CS4, tell me if you run into any problems. It's really nothing special, but I thought I'd share anyway. Then, use these PS actions I dowloaded at DeviantArt: 50 Photoshop Postwork Actions by manicho and Photoshop Action Set 1 by lustdrunk. :)
And now, some postcards from Stratford. I managed to photograph the only decorated parts, just to give you the illusion that it's not empty. *ahem*
