I feel like I haven't been writing here much lately. I mean, I'm basically the only person I know who still uses LJ on a regular basis, so there's that too. But whatever.
Here are a few things that I think summarize my day to day life recently:
- I'm really poor. I'm selling books online to try to pay for a haircut.
- I don't like school at all. The more musicology I study, the less I want to continue.
- I've been trying to cook Indian food with a moderate amount of success.
- I wish I had an accessible alternative to my current life because things aren't great right now.
Also, I'm having lots of really fucked up dreams lately. Like, about barricading myself into a room in my grandma's house because my mom ruined my wedding. When I say it like that it sounds a lot less awful than it was in the context of the dream. Nevertheless, the traumatic events of my dreams have been spilling over into my waking hours as well. And not even for the time immediately after waking up. More like for hours or days after waking up. It makes me feel... unbalanced.
