night out with the wingman

My wing(wo)man, Sparkle and I did a mini-crawl last night. Started off at Whiskey Park and ended up at Vapor where they had to close early because of a couple of fights. So senseless. Saw David Ortiz and Paul Pierce at WP. Pierce had just flown in from Indiana. He was going really low key with a baseball cap, and shorts, probably trying to hide the fact that he should have been sleeping after getting killed by the Pacers. I did see him leave early... but not alone.

So Sparkle was asking me why all these stranger things keep happening to me. No more than five minutes later, two guys come up to talk to me. At first I think they want to meet Sparkle, but they totally ignore her. It becomes apparent that they're interested in some Oral_Love. They're chatting and one of them puts his hand on my shoulder. I promptly tell them the story about how I've been mistaken for being a gay man, including the story of Pravda a few months ago. Then I turn back to Sparkle and they walk away haha.

It's reality, but any girl, no matter how physically unattractive, can get a guy to talk to them during the course of an evening. However, when it comes to guys, many will often go home after just nursing their beers and talking to their friends. Sparkle didn't believe it, so we decided to put it to a test. It wasn't much of a challenge at all, considering she's far from being "the elephant" :).

The result: Sparkle wins 3-2 (my two being the two guys).

In all, the lesson of the night is that girls seem less apt to approach a guy if there's a girl with him, but guys will approach a girl OR a guy regardless LOL.
