Hello....long time no see... I' m back again with my random posts, this time I' m posting some recipes of some of my favorite food.

ENJOY!!! :D

French Crepes

makes around 5 Crepes

Ingredients:
2 eggs
3 tablespoons flour
3 quarters of a glass milk
2 tablespoons melted butter (make sure the butter has cooled down before you put it in the mix)

Method:
We mix all the ingredients together until smooth and leave to stand at least 2 hours. The batter should be as thin as cream. Grease pan with butter lightly. Spoon 2 table spoons of batter in a heated pan for each crepe swirl the pan so that the batter covers the entire base of the pan.Cook for about 1 min each side until golden. Once you have turned it to the second side you can put whatever you want on it until the other side is ready(...you can either make them savory and put cheese, ham, chicken, eggs etc. Or you can make them sweet by adding chocolate, jam, fruits, nuts, biscuits, cream etc.) once both of the sides are ready you fold them in the middle and then one more time to create a triangular shape or you can fold them like a burito...the choice is all yours :D

Fried Rice Balls

Ingredients:

1 small cup rice
2 egs
3-4 tablespoons flour
grated cheese (any type you want and as much as you want)
a bit of salt (DON'T forget...the cheese has already plenty of salt)
a bit of white pepper

Method:

You first boil the rice (make sure is well cooked but not too sticky) then you put the rice in a big bowl and the rest of the ingredients and you mix them, the mix should not be too watery but not too dry...sometimes you might need to add a bit more flour, is up to you.
Once the mix is ready you put heat some oil in a pan, you won't deep fry them so don't put too much oil. Then you take spoonfuls of the mix and you put them in the pan one by one, so it looks like little balls, don't chuck the whole mix in. The balls won't take long to cook so be quick to turn them so they won't burn. Once both of the sides have a nice golden color remove them from the pan and put them on a plate with couple of paper towels so when you are going to serve them won't be too oily. Preferably serve them warm.

Warning: the mix will contain a small amount of water... be careful when you put the mix in the pan
