A long time ago I got pointed to a webcomic called Scandinavia and the World. And then I forgot about it until someone pointed it out again a couple months ago. Since then I've been trying to read all the archives because it's hilarious. It's the Scandinavian countries personified by cute little characters.
See? So cute! Yes, Finland is wearing a Jayne hat and carrying a large knife.
It's a play on stereotypes and sometimes involves other countries, especially America, a giant blond bloke who always misunderstands the cultural differences.
The artist threw together this little video for a Nordic Band. It isn't animation, but a series of images. Fun to watch and gives you an idea of some of the characterizations. It has Norway on guitar, Denmark on drums, Iceland on bass, Sweden on electronic keyboard, and Finland on... Sweden's electronic keyboard.
The webcomic also pointed me to an.... interesting regional song called Öresundsvisan. It appears to be about a Swede and a Dane sharing a boat on the Öresund, the body of water between Sweden, Denmark, and Norway. They're cozy and friendly and then a Norwegian appears and joins them.
It doesn't really need to be translated. I'm sure you get the idea from the visuals. But I had to look into it. I found the original lyrics: I en liten bot - sittar vi och kyssar
