Fall TV Falling in Place
I still have to watch Ringer from the other night. I heard it did well in the ratings - not excellent, but nothing to scoff at. If anyone else watched it, feel free to provide your thumbs up or down, but no spoilers.
Tonight is the premiere of CW's Secret Circle, which looks like somebody asked "What if Charmed was more like The Vampire Diaries?" It might be interesting. It's on after the season premiere of The Vampire Diaries, if you're watching that.
Monday has my DVR choking again. I wanted to watch The Playboy Club when it premieres Monday night, but they've put it on at the same time as Castle and Hawaii 5-0 and I can't do more than two channels at the same time. I might have to Hulu it or something because I need to see Sean Maher as a gay man married to a Playboy Bunny. (Another TV listing says Playboy Club doesn't premiere until Sunday Sep. 25. Is it possible Monday's airing is a special advanced preview type of thing?)
There's also How I Met Your Mother and The Big Bang Theory next week. I forget exactly which nights right now (Monday and Thursday?), but my DVR knows. And, of course, the return of NCIS and NCIS: Los Angeles.
Another new show premiering next week is Revenge. I can't see a show lasting incredibly long about a woman going around killing the few people involved in a loved one's death. But maybe she can prove me wrong.
