what those people on the side of the road really do
the Caltrans(well thats only for here in Cali), guys and girls that stand on the side of the rode with the tripods,Philly rods(look like giant rulers) and chalk marks on the street.Boy it was alot harder than it looked,freezing not withstanding.Mr Carkeet is letting everyone do the lab over next week since we blundered so badly; least we got the valuable hands on time using the equipment.
