I'm 16 today and I almost totally forgot! At least I'm not gonna sleep through this birthday. It's weird, I always thought 16 would be a really big birthday, but I don't feel that much older.
This is the second birthday I haven't been home for...I wonder if anyone on the Islands remembers. I wonder what mom's doing. She always used to make brownies with chocolate chips in them today.
...Maybe she thinks she's never gonna make them again. I wish I could tell her I'm okay...
Hey guys! Let's go get a cake for tonight. A big chocolate one, and let's find some ice cream! They don't include those in the rations anyway. And there's at least gotta be enough cake for Roxas and me. You guys wanna do something else fun after, too?
