the tour of Yorkshire
Been a long time but hello journal.
I've been driving everywhere today! Monday saw me in York, Barnsley and then Wakefield and today I was in Harrogate, Wakefield (again) and Skipton. Sending me and a production assistant ONLY to film short little news items for a fucking housing company - boring as hell - not having a clue what we are filming untill we get there (due to clueless fucking PMs), having no time for lunch and becoming absolutely knackered because the days been packed full of driving, camera, directing, questioning, sound and BOREDOM!
Now the edit for this film (4 mini 2 min films) need to be edited by yours truly by Friday. I have basically made the film from start to finish and the managers up in the office sit on their arses, checking their bank accounts to see if the money is rolling in. Why the fuck do I do it!!!???!!!?!?!?!?!
In other news - me and the sally may be going away at the weekend to the lake district for random play! We don't do this often enough and I'm very excited. I guess you could call it an escape.
Despite all the negative-ness found above I'm pretty happy!
