The gossip is not the greatest but I will say - bit bitchy really.
There are a few people who have set up companies in Middlesbrough from our University. Ben Buckley has and he is doing films for Wrestling - Nick Donnelly who are going around teesside taking photos of clubers and putting them up on thier website and selling each photo at £1 a photo. www.borobars.co.uk (this is thier site).
Ron is doing a digital City fellowship - he is making a fantasy fairy tale film - just like the one he showed you that time at your house. He has written it etc - it is exactly the same as The Lord of the Rings - it is really, really bad. Its like Lord of the Rings but done on a home video camera. I think he has gotten the ambitious virus from us lot when we were at Uni!!! He did a battle scene in a gym and had like 30 people in there - he did not even plan the shoot at all - he had make-up artists in there etc (only one) and they took like 30 mins each actor! People started walking out because it was so un-oragnised! Poor Ron - he trys but just does not succeed - however maybe he will suprise us all.
Vin Arthey might be starting a production company making doc films etc. He said to me that he would get me working on it with him which will be great!!!!! Vin as my boss. Imagine the amount of health and safey forms I'll need to do!
