(no subject)
I enjoy Sundays - it is an excuse to do absolutely nothing - there is no other day like it. The only problem with Sundays is when you work and have to go back on Mondays - but thankfully at the moment that is no problem for me. Wouldn't the world be weird if we had no days of the week and we just existed from day to day!!!???!!! I find it strange that weekends feel completely different from other days when really its the same as any other.
I finished my proposal which is great, cos now it feels as though I am onto the next stage where I can really polish the film. This is the best bit now. I have been having a think about starting to make short films - it appears that all the best directors started that way so it must be the way forward. I guess you can't improve your skills and knowledge without just doing it and learning from mistakes. I am starting to write my first script - its going to be a fiction piece rather than just a doc. We'll see how it goes.
I have 3 films to watch - Bubba Hop-tec (spelling?), One flew over the cuckoos nest and another one but I have forgotten the damn name. Going to be a fun packed Sunday, with more red wine and lots of lovely nibbles!
