I just sacked my team member Jon from the project. I now feel like an evil boss man...I feel so very guilty but then again I dont give two shits cos my concerns lie with the project. Problem is that now I have to search for another team member - one who can do sound and editing (however maybe I can do this

I see Ron - he has just landed a Digital City Fellowship (god knows how!) I think he is making a fantasy asian film or something. Brilliant!!
