just bin to gym and me is quite tired and very very hungry. I have found new equipment there....its called Middlesbrough Tower - i ran all the way to the top and back down again and i was knackered - you can probably imagine

thanks...i fucking need it...especially in this industry...the only people who seem to make it is either people with rich parents who know people - or people who suck up to the big man, despite probably making crap decisions. I unfortunately are non of the above so i gotta seek my own way in - create a hole to climb into the dimension of the media.
