(no subject)
i have just tasted my home-brew wine for the first time and it tastes really fucking nice and strong. Maybe a little too sweet but i guess i have learnt for next time...less sugar...however thats what meks it so strong. on the 10th of April i am gonna test it to see if it has completely finished fermenting and then i am gonna add pectolase to clear it and then i'm gonna bottle it all up for all to consume. Chatueax Barkerio shall be a winner i guarentee it.
I wonder what i shall make next time. Gotta be something for christmas...perhaps cranberry wine>???? That might be nice.
i am doing work at the minute and i am struggling to stay at my desk....i do like 100 words and then go for little wonders and then stray back to my desk..... slowely. At this rate i will finish my 1500 word target for today by 1am. Shit.
The one swig of my wine has left me quite light headed....horray for homebrew
