Jonathan Coulton's playing the Shepherd's Bush Empire on October the 30th. MUST. GO.
I bought him a robot the other day. I had a horrible thought while listening to Re: Your Brains on the tube (yes, again): what would the world be like without Jonathan Coulton in it? The answer did not please me. Also I don't think I've ever paid for any of his songs, even though I think I have several which are technically not supposed to be free. Hence, robot.
My Dad was on telly the other day! His amateur-but-good orchestra (the Westminster Philharmonic Orchestra) have been being one of the rehearsal orchestras for Maestro. He got to play the cello with Goldie wearing a ridiculous wig, and says that this week Bradley Walsh was the best and Jane Asher was rubbish. I don't think he's played with Sue Perkins yet, which is sad because she is completely made of win.
