In other news, my DVD drive hates me, but only sometimes. It'll play the Sims, but it won't play DVDs any more, or at least not without crashing approximately once every 3.6 minutes.
I think I might have broken it myself, too. I mean, I don't know why it would be so, but the fact is that when I put one of my MASH DVDs in it made a funny noise and stopped working properly. I'd noticed beforehand that the disc had a weirdness about it - the inside groove on the plastic bit doesn't go all the way round. But I didn't think that that could be something that would actually matter.
And now the vaguely-reliable dvd-playing program won't even OPEN. And Media Player hates me.
