Hurray! I finally found my friend Brianna here in Wollongong. I feel bad for having to reschedule my hipcooks class and bailing on Jo, but I barely realized I was going to miss it because of my flight schedule to leave for Sydney. When I get back hopefully I'll be able to schedule a new class. I'm glad they let people do that. I've still got a crazy mess for my flight to the Philippines which I haven't been able to straighten out yet. While here I have no instant messaging and limited access to journals because of the stupid firewall. I'm on myspace and okcupid occasionally during the midday though, and I may be able to chat with people through their messaging systems. Midday for me I believe is evening in the states. For example, it's 2pm here so it should be 10pm in Atlanta and 7pm in LA. I tracked down some wedges with the icecream scoopable sourcream and sweet chili sauce. It was better than I remembered it, but I'm sure if I ate it one or two more times my arteries would explode and/or I'd get tired of the fatty greasy goodness. The place I'm staying is a few hundred feet from the ocean. I can see the water from my room.. Then when I step out the front of my inn I see Mt. Kiera pretty clearly straight ahead. I'll have to take a picture of these and post them. It's friday already and the week has zipped by. I think I'm going to play the Wii at Brianna's place this weekend. Discussion of a Wii party at her or Adrien's place before I leave has begun. I'm excited. Adrien got married just before I left the last time I came out to visit, but I didn't get to know his wife well. I hope she's cool. He's rad.
