"President Obama struck down a rule Friday that prohibits U.S. money from funding international family-planning clinics that promote abortion or provide counseling or referrals about abortion services."
He reversed the global gag rule.
"Approximately 180 industrialized and developing countries, including all the countries in sub-Saharan Africa and Latin America, contribute to UNFPA. The United States was the only country to withhold funding for political reasons [during the Bush administration]."

A woman, two months before dying, confessed to killing two women in 1967 who taunted her for being a lesbian. She also admitted to being sexually abused by her stepfather, but said she didn't want to "psychoanalyze" why she killed the women.
It's just...strangely written. CNN for the lose, I think.
