Always a Bridesmaid
I would just like to state for the record that I am extremely jealous because all of my friends seem to be getting married/engaged and I am not. Seriously, the single pool is draining. Brian and I are good people! We love each other! Why can't we get married too? Because we're broke, that's why.
Speaking of broke, I went on a job interview yesterday and it seems to have gone very well. I have to e-mail writing samples today and I am going to follow up with a thank you note. I feel tremendous pressure to send in a good writing sample and in the past two years I still have not managed to gather a good collection of my work to use as samples. I suck. So everyone say a prayer that I send in something half-decent and I get this damn job. I NEED IT!
Okay...off to do some work.
