One of my projects for the publishing course I'm doing involves looking into book design, and I want to do a small module on NZ YA to accompany it - particularly after reading blog posts like
Kate Hart's. Hart was working from a pool of over 600 covers. After some digging around on Wheelers, I have found ... 25. Ahh, yes, this will be a far less intensive task than Hart took on.
So, 25 titles, from publishers big, small, and potentially self (I haven't yet gone checking). I've copied them all below. In the interests of this module being as accurate as possible, I'd really appreciate anyone jumping in and letting me know if I've missed a title.

My standard for 'YA' was, basically, that the book's metadata touted it as such. My standard for 'NZ' was that Wheelers listed NZ as the country of origin. My standard for '2011' was that Wheelers said that's when it was published. And then I came across Guardian of the Dead, with the US MM cover that I'ven ever seen in this country! Whoops.
