i've decided that if i ignore my health any longer, i'll forever feel like crap and get really fucking sick, something i can not afford to let happen with my schedule.
so i bought a shitload of yummy v-8(aka breakfast). am saying NO to the greasy food at work. and am doing some strength training/strecthes when i wake up and before i go to bed.
i'm tired of being tired, i'm tired of these headaches and full body aches.
hopefully this will work.
