(no subject)
so i should totally be studying right now but i just don't feel like it. the semester is only half way over, and although i'm enjoying my classes i really wish it was winter vacation already. the exam i have to take in an hour really isn't that important so instead of going through my notes for the millionth time i'm going to update.
so sarah's roommate, gretchen is awesome. she's so funny and great to hang out with. i also met a girl in a couple of my classes, shannon. she's cool too, i really like her style. plus she likes dinosaurs which is really cool cause you don't see that too often.
my classes are ok, aside from getting somewhat repetative (but what class doesn't). i'm taking the nature of fiction which is challenging but i like it. i'm debating taking the next course--creative writing fiction. i guess i had better decide soon cause i'm registering for classes in two weeks. my counseling classes are also good. in my lab we're actually learning to counsel each other. i feel like this semester is really making me come out of my shell a bit, since about 4 of my 5 classes sit in a circle and involve participation. so there is hope for the quiet, shy one after all.
the best news lately is tim's new job. yay for tim! he got a job at the bank of america, dealing with people who are having trouble with their online accounts (at least i think that's what the job is). after training he'll be working 40 hours a week and making butt-loads of money (yes, i said butt load). woooo for jobs!! :)
