Day #07 Favorite season 5 episode: Recoil, I love the look of it, I love the feel. I adored the commentary. Cote de Pablo with "no make-up" and her hair wavy is so beautiful. I think I remember the commentary saying that Michael Weatherly adlibed the part about tousling her hair making her smile. I also remember them saying he fought against being so flippant and teasing when she was hurt, but he lost.
Now on to my Glee rant. Last week they had two couples decide to have sex and originally enough named the episode "First Time". I understand that people have sex in high school, we had daycare at my high school FFS. I just think that having almost every girl in glee club say that they had had sex is a misrepresentation. I was in chorus and nobody was lining up at my door. I understand that I am a bit prudish and that this show is so far from realistic that it is laughable, but it just pushes my buttons. No one of my friends had had sex at the end of high school, which I realize is also abnormal. And I try to understand that I was always also never a normal child. But for some reason wanting to lose your virginity so that you better portrayed a part in a musical just flew all over me. Also, who the hell has a meeting to decide? Feel free to disagree it just got to me.
