this is what democracy looks like
everyone, go and donate. and read up on whats going on in the world, because there's way more to life and this world than you're petty lives. the world owes you nothing, but we owe eachother the world. we all live here together, we are all one, we're connected. we need eachother to survive. humanity is diversity in unity.
over a hundred thousand people are dead, and tens of thousands are still missing. cities, lives, and homes have been obliterated.
you wanna do something worthwhile with your life? then help people. reach out. do everything you can. pray, hope, and wish if you like, but actions are what really count. and while prayer is cool if thats what you believe, but what these people really need is food, clean water, medical attention, shelter, clothing, and the means and resources to rebuild. this is not a crusade. this is an effort to relieve these civilians, not much different from us, who are in desperate need of the basics of living.
