i have traveled nowhere
so, in the mass hysteria that was yesterday, i totally forgot to tell you all about the highlight of my day.
i was putting away clothes at work (duh) and this gorgeous boy walked up to me and asked if i could help him and a few others get measurements because they needed blazers and button down shirts and such things, but they were totally clueless. i told him i could try and help as much as possible. so the two of us walk over to the mens section, and then the sky opened up, the angels sang and light shown down upon us. not only was there one gorgeous boy.... oh no... there were FIVE gorgeous boys!! so i help them look for stuff and tell them if things fit properly, and i'm making small talk and such things. so i ask them what they need all this for, and behold!!!!! i find out that these gorgeous creatures are the new additions to the Mens Glee Club at Wheaton College. and so i says to myself, "self.... that would be a common ground. talk to them about choir." and that is what i did, while i stared into the first boys ocean blue eyes that were gazing deep into my soul. so yes, i got to talk to 5 gorgeous choir boys. that made my day. and yes, i know this is a bit over dramatized. i'm bored, ok?!
speaking of choir.... i miss it. i dont miss the part where we sounded like CRAP, but i miss it in general. and from what i hear.... choir at wego is going down the tubes. silly mr. fantozzi. someday i shall become a choir director so i can start my own cult of choir geeks... and then i'll pick out all the songs, and songs like "Water Night" will NOT be included. i think everyone can agree with me when i say we sounded like a pack of dying dinosaurs singing that. and it would rock.
oh god. i never thought i'd say this in a million years..... but i want school to start sooooo friggin badly!!!! i cant wait another week, its seriously horrible!!!! i WANT to go to class, i WANT to have to write excessively long papers at a college level, i want to learn!! *gasp* you guys have no idea how much i'm looking forward to starting classes. gah.
i so should take Italian with matthew. but then i'd be in 6 classes.... but i wont ever have homework or anything in 2 of them. eh. there are so many classes i want to take. next quarter maybe.
i dont work until thursday. come hang out with me.
sometime this week i'm going to get a piercing. eek! nose or lip??? hmmmm....
kim came over and we watched uptown girls. then matthew came over and i watched it again with him. too much uptowngirls in one day.
