OK. STARTED. Finally went running starting out on week 1. I'm following this running program.

The running was not really too bad actually; by the time I started thinking I was going to get wheezy, it was time to start walking again. Yayyyyyy. Supposedly, I burned about 138 calories. Next run scheduled for Friday.
Start weight- 132.1 lbs. (upper range of ok weight)
Goal weight- 120-122 lbs. (lower range of ok weight; I just want to lose this excess flab)
