After a brief trip to Krogers for comfort food and a couple of hours of holding down the sofa, I'm feeling some better, praise be!

I can't decide if I like these or find them offensive.

Bookcases made from books.

Truth: if someone else made more money off my book than I did by making furniture out of it, I'd have a bippy.

I got this really out there catalog an it shows a chair that is a book shelf. It's so cool. But it cost over $3,000!

ROFL Same here. I showed it to Richard and asked if his friend could build me one like it. He said, good lord, I hope not. That thing is ugly.

I'd rather stick to cinder blocks or milk crates. Books are sacred to me, unless we're talking Jackie Collins or Danielle Steele....no, even then. It's kind of like making an ottoman out of a bronzed human fetus.

Milk crates! In my price range and they don't clash with my decor. Also, when you move, you just tip the milk crates over and slide a stack onto the dolly. It's hard to keep them clean though.
