+ I may be a bit behind on getting to the comments on my last post. I had to restore my computer back to factory condition today because I kept getting scary blue screens and I didn’t want to lose the whole thing to whatever virus I may have picked up, so I backed up what I wanted to keep and went ahead and did a restore. It’s been running smoothly so far (though, currently I am leeching internet off a neighbor because my dad forgot the password to our network and I couldn’t get on), except for some iTunes hiccups because apparently some of the back up discs did not burn well. I was able to get most of the songs off them by manually going into the discs and moving the files onto my computer (which took hours /o\) and I only technically lost Cute Is What We Aim For’s first album and all of my Coldplay (which I’m currently downloading) and a few random songs I can live without. I have to re-create my playlists, but luckily I wrote most of them down (not the recent ones I might have created in the last few days, but the list is pretty current). It’s really weird having a blank slate for a computer and I miss my favorites (I’m still trying to remember them all, but I’m probably forgetting a lot) and I still need to download various pieces of software (my avi codecs, the Last.fm scrobbler, etc.), but for right now I’m just going to relax, hence the lateness with replies.
+ Last night, in a fit of sleep deprivation and being shown shiny things like
this, I turned the cast of The Vampire Diaries into My Little Ponies /o\ I didn’t make everyone (because that would reach levels of insanity I do not possess), but I made a good chuck of the cast. I AM NOT TO BE BLAMED FOR THIS. It’s all the fault of
feathertofly (for
doing it first and doing it better) and
scorpiod1 (for being an evil enabler, like always).
