For some reason, my brain pictures this story with Anna still thinking she's human. I see her going on a road trip, one last hurrah before college and her car breaks down on the side of the road and she ends up flagging down Jo, who was driving past. Jo picks her up and takes her to fetch a mechanic and a tow because Jo is a Good Samaritan like that. I feel like they bond pretty instantly, which is weird for Jo because she always feels slightly other when around civilians, but not around Anna (which is kind of hilariously tragic because Anna isn’t normal, Anna is a fallen angel in disguise, Jo can’t have anything normal). Eventually Anna’s car is fixed and Jo has no more excuses to stick around and starts to go, but then Anna asks her to stay. Somehow this evolves into them road tripping together and Jo experiences travel for travel’s sake for the first time. And they are adorable and girlfriend-y while playing tourist and hitting all the tourist traps, like World’s Biggest Ball Of Twine and Route 66. Then Anna starts getting her dreams and hearing voices and it freaks Jo the fuck out, but Jo’s a hunter and she’s going to figure this out, she’s going to help Anna. So basically Jo became extremely protective and defensive of her as they travel through her contacts to figure out what’s happening to Anna. Then SamnDean find them. AND I DO NOT KNOW WHAT HAPPENS NEXT, I JUST KNOW IT’S TRAGIC AND IT HURTS MY HEART.

OMG, I LOVE THIS A LOT. IT HURTS ME. I think it ends with Anna becoming an angel and leaving her girlfriend. AND JO IS SAD BECAUSE SHE LOST HER GIRLFRIEND ;____; (THERE CAN BE A SEQUEL WHERE ANNA DROPS IN ON HER?). and god, YES TO EVERYTHING. Jo always does feel off and odd with civilians, like she can never really relate. AND THEN THEY GO ROADTRIPPING JUST FOR FUN. JO ENJOYS A ROADTRIP FOR FUN'S SAKE *______* BUT THE ENDING HURTS ME.
