my passion is family, but my second passion is cooking....it takes me away, it gives me peace...i cant even tell you how much i love it. baking is almost as fun, but not quite. now, if i could win the lottery and open a lil vegan cafe, life would be even more beautiful than it is now!

and ofcourse my "sneaky mommy" cookies...made with flax seed, oatmeal and vegan choc chips...YUM!
i made my own veggie burgers last night and slapped those puppies on the grill...paired with vegan mac n cheeze, baked beans.....holy cow!!
