I'm considering getting bangs. I had them back in high school, but it didn't work out so well (curly hair). But there have been a lot of developments in hair styles over the last decade (did I seriously just say that?) and I'm revisiting the bangs idea...

this is mo and i think you would look dead sexy with bangs! maybe with extra layers around your face to soften the bangs? but how would it work with your curly-twirly hair? anyways, i think you should try it. maybe long bangs with lots of face-layers. wooo, fantastic! and you don't really have a fivehead, goodness sakes! i know i do, that's why i cut my hair so carefully to make sure the forehead stays under control. you gotta control that shit, you know.

I would have to straighten just the bangs, but I have a ceramic curling iron and that would make it easier. And even if I didn't straighten them, I think they would just look like more layers...I'd like the bangs to start a little high up--if that makes sense.

high up like when I had really short-short bangs? you could do "v" bangs where they're all gothic-looking because they're long in the middle and short on the sides..... anyways, I'm all for it! and i want to go with you when you get it cut, so let me know, ok? :)

Higher up like further up on the scalp, then kind of swooping down to one side to just above the brow, the blending into the layers around the face. I'll update the journal with a picture...
