I suppose I should be excited about Anime Expo but, really, I'm just not sure I really care much anymore. I feel like a jaded elitist bitch as far as the jrock and EGL costumes go. I used to be sooo into that like 5 years ago but now I just don't care. I'll throw something cute on that's been sitting in my closet but I haven't bought anything nor created any costumes for AX and I just don't have the stamina to do the follow-through on cosplay-type stuff.
I'm even over the whole SKIN craze. Haha. That sounds weird. I'm sort of going to the concert because the me of 5 years ago is crying tears of joy even though the me of today is thinking of how annoying the fangirls will be and will it even be worth it? Maybe. I hope so, but I just don't know.
This leaves me to hope that most of my time at con will be hanging out with amazing people - many of whom I met through OB...
