I hear the sound of money flying out of my bank account

Goodbye, goodbye. I will miss you.

It seems like I spend a lot of what little money I earn on concerts. With Florence and the Machine this weekend, Cirque du Soleil's Totem, Dead Can Dance, and now two Amanda Palmer concerts - one in L.A. and one in NYC - all coming up within the next couple of months.
Yeah. Ok, I see where my money goes now. I really, really need to chill out on this concert spending or I'll never manage to get ahead.
However.
I really wanted to go to another Amanda Palmer concert, especially as I missed An Evening With... so I thought 'screw it, I'll buy both and figure it out' and now I already have people coming with me and I am now planning on going to both concerts somehow. uh... Oops?
Honestly, I need to go home to L.A. this summer anyway for various paperwork so now I just have less flexible dates to work with. It's all going to be expensive anyway, trying to find a plane ticket for a week in summer. So now I just have something to look forward to, also.
And New York. Well. I can Megabus it up and back and if need be make it a quick, sweet trip. I can make this manageable and hopefully not too horribly expensive on my wallet. Somehow.
So note to self - stop spending money on concerts!
....unless they're awesome and LOCAL. You can spend money for LOCAL concerts. No more Toronto, New York, Atlantic City, L.A., wherever. Only close-by. Deal?
Deal.
Good. Glad we got that sorted out.
