Mini Update
-Haven't been doing too much lately.
My younger sister has moved up to Santa Cruz, so I have
been spending the past week helping her get settled.
I hope she enjoys the change from SoCal, I know I sure did
when I first moved up here.
Saw High On Fire and Venom this past weekend.
Yes, I saw Venom and it was awesome.
Kronos, the lead guitar player/singer, called us his
"San Francisco Black Metal Legions."
Totally Fucking Awesome.
It is sad to say that Metalheads are a dying breed,
like the gothic subculture.
Didn't see too many youngsters out in the crowd.
Going to see Metal/Stoner Rock shows has become my new thing.
A sure sign that I have grown out of my "gothy" stage when it
comes to going to see bands. At least black clothing is still the general
color of choice, along with jean jackets & vests.
So yeah, that's what I've been up to; work, listening to metal,
growing out my hair (to achieve the ultimate head banging experience)
oh, and learning Japanese. Which is pretty fucking awesome too.
