We signed the contract yesterday, inspection today.
Nothing too off in the inspection - the sump pump is broken, so that needs to be fixed, and a few other little things - we should get the full report tomorrow.
The yard needs work (the backyard, if you look at the picture of it, just off the picture to the left used to be a pool, so right now, there's a big circle of dirt. The front yard... I dunno if they didn't water enough, but the grass is a bit patchy), and we'll probably have decorating issues, and the kitchen needs some updating, but nothing horrible that screams 'omg this needs to be fixed as soon as we move in' (which is good, because we have no time to do all of this before the wedding)
