My boyfriend is great! We got a takeaway curry and watched The Bill and Heroes, and he seemed to like his birthday present of CD wall tiles, and it was all lovely :)
Today, I got my Jesus and the Gospels collection paper back, and I got 68/80 for it, which is a high 2:1. I got distinction-standard marks for gobbets and for my Matthew essay; it was my John essay which let me down, and I knew it wasn't very good. So all in all, yay! More thorough fine-tuning of revision should serve me well.
I also went to the Origami Society this evening for the first time. We made a penguin and a three-piece modular thingy which turns inside out over and over again. It was fun :) I am now officially a member and I like the idea of teaching how to make a model sometime - I particularly fancy doing the lotus flower, which is one of my favourites.
L made me think about learning to draw. I dunno. I don't think I'm really very good at it. But maybe I'll do some practice. I just feel quite idea-limited at times, and I'm afraid of wasting good ones on bad drawings.
Back to Locke. It's sort of going okay - I feel like I know the stuff now - but structuring it is sticky in places because often two pieces of information rely on one another and I can't decide which to write about first.
