...I don't know whose it is. It could be Edward's...or his brother. What about the Colonel, he's an alchemist as well isn't he?

The Colonel's style of alchemy is a little different from either Edward's or Alphonse's. If you're able to transmute without an alchemical circle, it would not be the Colonel's.

We don't have alchemy from my world, either... Well, at one point it was practiced, but it was more like a cult than anything. It wasn't successful to this degree. Edward's world is pretty amazing like that.
