Big Giant Update Thingy of Doom
Ok, I haven't updated with anything meaninful in...well, a long time. So, I'm going to spend this entry catching everyone up on everything - see, I've posted stuff to communities without bothering to post it here, plus a bunch of other things I must alert people to. *nodnod* So, here we go.
Item the First: Fan-postage that I haven't shared with you as of yet.
1. I've made two new vids, both of Sparrabethian origin and both containing clips from At World's End.

Item the Second: News
1. *aherm* JOHNNY DEPP IS GONNA PLAY A VAMPIRE! *holds back the squee*
Johnny Depp To Wear His Own Clothes For 'Dark Shadows' Movie: "Johnny Depp fulfills childhood dream by starring in move adaption of cult TV gothic horror series Dark Shadows. Depp reportedly grew up wanting to be Barnabas Collins, the vampire hero of the series. We grew up wanting to be a fireman, which we guess was just the beginning of our life's divergence from Johnny Depp." [Source]
Item the Third: Harry Potter-ness
1. Order of the Phoenix movie: to some it up? Awesome casting, bad choices on what to leave out and what to keep in, good choice with the loosening up of Hermione a twinge, bad choice in not making McGonnagall as kick-ass. All in all, not bad, but not all that wonderful either.
2. Book 7, Deathly Hallows: Fucking awesome. The epilogue was kind of...well, predictable, but I liked it anyway. The entire book was perfect and the quotes are the best. And I actually called the Snape thing, so ha! I love his character quite a lot, he's amazing and I'm glad he finally has a history to prove it. I'll give a larger review of it later and it'll be all spoilery and amusing-ish.
3. HBP Movie: Someone said Stuart Townsend and Joseph Fiennes were going to be in it. I have one thing to say - *drool* I bet anything Stuart'll be a young Voldemort. Yeah, he did ruin Lestat but...he was hot doing it and he was good in League of Extraordinary Gentlemen, so I have faith he'll be good enough.
Item the Fourth: Pointless bullshit
1. I bought season five of Buffy and watched it all the way through in two days and I forgot how slow Buffy is. And how irritating it is that everytime Spike helps anyone with something they automatically assume he's just doing it to get into Buffy's pants. Also Glory is amusing as hell. She's insane. I love it. And I love the fact that it was the those who had apparently lost their minds that saw everything how it really was. It was a perfect statement. Joss really is a genius. And I know a lot of people might disagree, but Dawn isn't nearly as annoying as she is in season six. Oh well. And Giles is, dare I say it, almost bad ass at times in this season. No wonder I love him so much, almost forgot.
2. I'm reading Captain Blood and I have to say, blasphemer as I am, Errol Flynn didn't full do this guy justice. He's a really amazing character and I love him quite a lot. And if you have a mind like mine you can see exactly where the writers of Pirates of the Caribbean drew inspiration from it.
3. Les Miserables is infuriatingly stuck in my head and won't go away. *pointlessly whines and moves on carelessly*
4. Alright, I'm done. I better get a lot of comments on this because it's like two weeks worth of updates in one post. ;)
