oh man
it's been too long
back in davie county now
really slow now. slow pace. life is slower here.
it's great to be done with my second year of school.
i changed my major to biology. business drains me.
of everything creative. it wasn't very rewarding or fulfilling. same thing.
i had a great time doing research with my bio professor.
turns out birth control isn't broken down in the body so all the girls at ASU who take it are releasing tons of estrogen into the water. literally tons. well maybe not tons, but...well yeah tons.
so now all our boy fish and boy frogs have girl fish and girl frog parts.
i went through 2 more room-mates this year. both of them left ASU for good. i think one might come back tho. i must be the anti-roomie.
i haven't been the best at keeping in touch with anyone. or making new friends. who has time for either. i feel like i don't anymore. well i can't say that completely. i've made friends, i've kept in touch, but it is hard. i'm sure everyone feels the same.
this semester was wild tho. i really enjoyed it. i felt i grew a lot. i tried out for a one act play and got the lead role. that was a blast. theater people at asu are amazing. i loved every minute of it. bane barrington, i presume.
i also joined the appalachian honors association and i'm taking care of all the publicity and media outlets. i need things to do. keep me busy. it feels weird. i feel "mature" and "responsible" and i don't think that's me at all.
i leave for camp in a few weeks. i'm excited.
