Day 39 through 53: I'm not dead; 6,956 miles
So, in case some of you are wondering, I did not pull a Thelma and Louise. I have just been really busy with the trip and not had a chance to post here. I really do apologize and hope to catch up with you soon. Since my last post, I have been to San Francisco, driven down Highway 1 to Los Angeles, hung out in Orange County, passed through San Diego, experienced the desert around Tucson, and saw the sun set at the Grand Canyon.
I am getting ready to drive to Albuquerque and going to stop at the Petrified Forest along the way. I should have some down time soon and will start to fill in the gaps during the last two weeks. Stay tuned for more.
