craaaazy hijinks in Times Square
Last night was hands-down the best time of the semester thus far. Cate and Katie met my dear dear William in NYC....after taking 30 minutes to walk to his hotel, we ate at Sbarro's (not the good part) and then rode in a LIMOUSINE to Times Square, where we got out at Madame Tussoe's looking all important. Well, the museum was closed for some Mount Sanai benefit, but we peered in, and lo and behold, there stood Joan Rivers in all of her hideous sequined glory, begging to talk to the benefactors. We snapped as many pictures as we could. Then we went to applebees for dessert, and THEN we rode the ferris wheel at Toys R US and shopped and it was HEAVEN...a little slice of heaven.
