There's one man I keep returning too. I seek him out in different countries, in different languages, and he always gives me the kicks. Next time will be our 40th rendez-vouz, I'm looking forward to that. In the mean time, since it's Valentine's day, here's photos from various of our previous meetings...
Colosseum Theater in Essen, Germany. Old factory turned theatre. Such a contrast to Maria Bjørnson's design.
"Not another chandelier".... Det Ny Teater in Copenhagen, Denmark.
Phantom friends rock.
This is Gunilla and Josefine with Phantom conductor Per Engström. Conducting the Stockholm and Copenhagen productions, he has around 1600 performances under his belt.
"I try to move and disturb the audience. You may not see it, but you feel it." (Maria Bjørnson).
This is a closeup of the proscenium at Her Majesty's Theatre, London, England.
OK, so I may not have a boyfriend giving me roses on Valentines, but I will forever have this picture where it LOOKS like I have the Phantom proposing. This is from Copenhagen in 2009, when Josefine (in blue) celebrated her 100th Phantom performance. The Phantom is Flemming Enevold, the Christine is Teresia Bokor.

The Phantom mockumentary Josefine and myself made in Copenhagen in 2009. Do watch it! It's a lot of fun. The Phantom drink, backstage interviews, a jogging conductor, a goofy Phantom, costume details... and it's in English! It's in 4 parts on YouTube, above is part 1.
